通过分析高炉干法除尘煤气腐蚀的原因,采用美国公司的除酸技术,在煤气并网冷却前对其进行碱液的喷涂,取得了良好应用效果;通过分析高炉干法除尘煤气管道产生酸性腐蚀的问题,对高炉煤气应用了喷碱以及脱氯处理技术,也取得了良好效果。

By analyzing the causes of gas corrosion in dry dedusting of blast furnace,the acid removal technology of American company was adopted to spray alkali liquor on the gas before grid connected cooling,and good application results were obtained.By analyzing the problem of acid corrosion of blast furnace dry dedusting gas pipeline,alkali injection and dechlorination technology are applied to blast furnace gas,and good results are obtained.
