随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,施工企业项目资金自平衡的相关问题也逐渐引起了人们的重视。施工企业的项目规模较大,涉及资金较多,必须重视收益问题。工程项目是施工企业发展的基础条件,但是,目前很多施工企业承接的建筑项目不仅不能带来经济收益,反而需要企业投入资金来维持工程的运行。这直接阻碍了施工企业的健康发展。针对这种情况,企业必须重视资金自平衡的相关问题,科学地选择施工项目。文章分析了施工企业项目资金自平衡的难点,并提出了相应的对策,以供参考。

With the economic development and social progress in China, people pay more and more attention to the problems related to the self-balance of project funds in construction enterprises. The projects of construction enterprises are large in scale and involve a lot of funds, so the issue of profitability must be taken seriously. Projects are the basic conditions for the development of construction enterprises. However, at present, many construction projects undertaken by many construction enterprises not only fail to bring economic benefits, but need enterprises to invest funds to maintain the operation of the project, which directly hinders the healthy development of construction enterprises. In view of this situation, enterprises must pay attention to the ralated problems of capital self-balance and choose construction projects scientifically. This paper analyzes the difficulties of self-balance of project funds in construction enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for reference.
