摘要 柔性传感器因其高灵敏性、优良的机械性能和化学稳定性成为智能可穿戴领域的重要模块,在运动检测、医疗健康中有极大的应用空间,其中柔性织物传感器以纺织品作为传感材料载体,极大地提升了柔性传感器在纺织服装中的应用。文中试验拟以溶液相分离结合拉伸极化工艺制备超薄高灵敏度聚偏氟乙烯压电薄膜,并设计经编间隔织物压力式传感器结构。结合针织弹力腕带制备脉搏传感器,同时与压电陶瓷所制备的传感器进行对比,分析柔性PVDF脉搏传感器信号的特点。 Because of its high sensitivity,excellent mechanical properties and chemical stability,flexible sensor has become an important module in the field of intelligent wearable,which has great application space in motion detection and medical health.The flexible fabric sensor takes textile as the sensing material carrier,which greatly improves the application of flexible sensor in textile and clothing.In this paper,thin and sensitive polyvinylidene fluoride piezoelectric films are prepared by solution phase separation combined with tensile polarization.And design warp knitted space fabric pressure type sensor structure.A pulse sensor is prepared by combining knitted elastic wristband.At the same time,the signal characteristics of the flexible PVDF pulse sensor are analyzed by comparing with the piezoelectric sensor.
