延迟焦化装置掺炼稀释沥青的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 延迟焦化是以劣质重油为原料,在高温和长时间反应条件下进行深度热裂化和缩合反应的热加工过程,是重质油轻质化的重要加工途径。某石化公司炼油厂原加工原料为减压渣油,为了实现延迟焦化装置的效益最大化,在原料中掺炼了稀释沥青,进行延迟焦化。结果表明:尽管稀释沥青与减压渣油性质有一定的区别,但在掺炼10%的稀释沥青后,焦化汽油和柴油收率均有不同程度的提高,经济效益显著增加。尽管装置出现了一些波动和腐蚀,产品品质略有下降,但可以通过精细操作和二次加工处理,对装置不会产生影响。 Delayed coking is a thermal process of deep thermal cracking and condensation reaction with lowgrade heavy oil as raw material under high temperature and long reaction time.In order to maximize the benefit of delayed coking unit,diluted asphalt was blended into the raw material of vacuum residue in a refinery of a petrochemical company.Results showed that although the properties of diluted asphalt were different from that of vacuum residue,the yield of coker gasoline and diesel oil were improved in some degree and the economic benefit was increased remarkably after blending 10%diluted asphalt.Although the device had some fluctuations and corrosion,product quality problems,but after fine operation and secondary processing,the device would not have an impact.
