流失海外敦煌文物数字化复原项目概述

A Review of the Digital Restoration Project for the Dunhuang Relics Scattered Overseas

为贯彻落实习近平总书记在敦煌研究院座谈时的讲话精神,“通过数字化、信息化等高技术手段,推动流散海外的敦煌遗书等文物的数字化复原,实现敦煌文化艺术资源在全球范围内的数字化共享”。敦煌研究院成立“流失海外敦煌文物数字化复原”项目组,论证了流失海外敦煌文物数字化复原的总体目标、实施原则、数字化标准、数字资源获取模式和实施步骤等内容。

In order to implement the spirit of the speech given by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Dunhuang Academy’s symposium,and in order to advance the digital restoration of Dunhuang artifacts and promote the digital sharing of Dunhuang culture and art resources globally,the Dunhuang Academy has established a project team whose primary goal is to achieve the“digital restoration of Dunhuang cultural relics scattered overseas.”This paper presents an overview of the new initiative,including the overall goals,implementation principles,digital standards,modes of digital resource acquisition,and proposed procedures for implementation.
