非线性硬涂层整体叶盘振动参数的多目标优化设计 被引量:3

Multi-objective optimization design for vibration parameters of nonlinear hard-coating blisk

摘要 为了优化应变依赖性硬涂层对整体叶盘的阻尼减振,对具有应变依赖性特征的硬涂层整体叶盘(非线性涂层整体叶盘)的涂层参数进行多目标优化设计。利用基于复合Mindlin板理论的能量有限元法和基于Newton-Raphson法的迭代计算技术分析了非线性涂层整体叶盘的振动特性;利用NSGA-Ⅲ算法求解了非线性涂层整体叶盘的涂层参数多目标优化问题,其优化结果表示为帕累托前沿解集;对叶片涂敷NiCoCrAlY+YSZ硬涂层的整体叶盘模拟件进行非线性振动特性分析及涂层参数的双目标优化和三目标优化。结果表明:硬涂层参数对整体叶盘振动特性的影响是互相约束的,位于帕累托前沿解集"拐点"的涂层参数能够兼顾不同硬涂层参数对整体叶盘振动特性的影响,也可根据工程实际需求从帕累托前沿解集中选择合适的涂层参数作为设计参考值。 To optimize the damping vibration reduction of strain-dependent hard coating on the blisk, the multi-objective optimization design for coating parameters of the nonlinear hard-coating blisk was conducted. The vibration characteristics of hard-coating blisk was analyzed using the energy-based finite element method with reference to the composite Mindlin plate theory associated with the unified iterative calculation technique based on the Newton-Raphson method;the multi-objective optimization problems for coating parameters of hard-coating blisk were solved by the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm, and the optimization results were expressed as Pareto front solutions;an academic blisk with NiCoCrAlY+YSZ hard coating on blades, taken as the specific case study benchmark,was selected to conduct the bi-objective and triple-objective optimization design for coating parameters. The results revealed that the effect of the coating parameters on the vibration characteristics of blisk was constrained mutually, the coating parameters located at the“turning point” in Pareto front solutions can balance all aspects of design performance on the vibration characteristics of hard-coating blisk,and the obtained coating parameters can also be referenced according to the practical engineering requirements.
