CMT电弧增材制造Inconel 718高温合金成形工艺研究

摘要 Inconel 718高温合金具有组织稳定、抗热腐蚀、高温下强度高的特点,可以应用于高温、复杂应力等苛刻环境。文中以CMT电弧增材制造技术为研究对象,以Inconel 718高温合金为成形材料,探索工艺参数影响成形形貌的内在机理,采取电流电压信号采集、高速CCD拍摄熔滴过渡行为的方法,通过控制变量法研究不同工艺参数下的熔滴过渡行为,在此基础上分析工艺参数对单层焊道成形的影响。研究发现:较大的送丝速度成形质量更好,且利于搭接,同时伴随着大量的飞溅;当焊丝伸出长为10 mm时,可获得最小的单道熔宽;对单层单道熔覆层成形影响的大小顺序为送丝速度大于焊丝伸出长。 Inconel 718 superalloy is characterised by stable organisation,resistance to thermal corrosion and high strength at high temperatures,and can be applied in demanding environments such as high temperatures and complex stresses.In this paper,the CMT arc additive manufacturing technology was used as the research object,and the Inconel 718 superalloy was used as the material to explore the intrinsic mechanism of the process parameters affecting the forming morphology.It was found that a higher wire feed speed resulted in better forming quality and facilitated lap jointing accompanied by a large amount of spatter.The smallest single-pass fusion width was obtained when the dry elongation was 10 mm.The order of magnitude of the effect on the formation of a single layer single-pass cladding was greater for wire feed speed than for dry elongation.
