河口村水库动态洪水控制研究成果分析

摘要 为充分利用降雨及洪水资源,缓解区域水资源紧缺状况,在保证工程安全的前提下,研究确定科学合理的动态水位控制方案。水库基于预报调度,提高汛限水位的同时增加了水库供水量和发电量,对水库的兴利效果较为明显,能够更好地减轻洪水和干旱灾害,有效利用水资源。 In order to make full use of rainfall and flood resources and alleviate regional water resources shortage, a scientific and reasonable dynamic water level control scheme was studied and determined under the premise of ensuring engineering safety. Based on the forecast and operation, the reservoir can increase the water supply and power generation while increasing the flood limit level,which has a obvious profit effect on the reservoir. It can better reduce the flood and drought disaster and effectively use water resources.
