摘要
随着现代农业的不断发展,国家对农业技能人才的培养越来越重视,中国农业高等职业教育改革已迫在眉睫。信息化教育教学作为改革和发展职业教育的关键基础和战略支撑,近几年来,在高职院校的课堂教学中发挥了巨大的优势,教师作为教育教学的主导力量,其信息化素养也成为提升学校信息化发展的关键因素。当前涉农高职院校中教师存在着信息化教学内涵理解偏差、信息化教学能力不足、信息化培训模式不健全等问题。针对这些问题,有效提升教师的信息化素养尤为重要,为此,从教师和院校两个层面提出了教师信息化素养提升的有效路径:强化信息化教学意识、提高信息化教学能力、完善相关支持机制、提升信息化建设水平,提升教师的信息化素养,为培养高质量农业技能人才打下坚实的基础。
With the continuous development of modern agriculture, China pays more and more attention to the cultivation of agricultural skilled talents. The reform of vocational eduaction of agricultural in China is imminent. As the key foundation and strategic support for the reform and development of vocational education, information-based education has played a great role in classroom teaching of Vocational Colleges in recent years. As the leading force of education and teaching, teachers has also become the key factor to improve the development of schools information. At present, teachers in agricultural higher vocational colleges have some problems, such as the the deviation of understanding the connotation of informatization teaching, the insufficiency of informatization teaching ability and the imperfection of informatization training mode. In view of these problems, it is particularly important to effectively improve the information literacy of teacher. Therefore, effective ways to improve teachers’ information literacy are proposed from the two levels of teachers and colleges, which are strengthening the information teaching consciousness, improving the information teaching ability,perfecting the relevant support mechanism, improving the information construction level, and improving teachers’ information literacy.The two aspects work together to improve teachers’ information literacy and lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality agricultural skilled talents.
