党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视学校思想政治工作。围绕培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这个根本问题,习近平总书记先后发表一系列重要讲话、作出一系列重要指示批示,系统、科学、深刻地回答了事关新时代学校思政课建设的一系列方向性、根本性问题,为学校思想政治工作指明了前进方向。在新时代下,一名年轻的思想政治教育工作者,承担着教书育人的光荣任务,只有坚定共产主义理想信念,矢志不渝听党话、跟党走,不折不扣践行党的教育方针,才能为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的建设人才。文章从宏观角度出发阐释新形势下思想政治教育工作者应当弘扬并坚持的标准。
