摘要 研究了南京航空航天大学自主研制的机身柔性轨道制孔系统在飞机大部件对接装配中站位规划的方法。通过将对接区域连接孔进行分组,确定各站位待加工孔位;以设备安装误差标定数据计算站位数值,确定各站位基准孔位置,为后续精确定位打下基础。研究结果表明:该站位规划方法能够确定基准孔位置,满足后续加工要求。 In this paper,aiming at the fuselage flexible track drilling system independently developed by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,the method of station planning in the docking and assembly of large parts of the aircraft is studied.Through hole array grouping,the connecting holes in the docking area are partitioned,and the holes to be processed in each station are determined.After the equipment is installed,the station value is calculated based on the installation error calibration data,and the position of the reference hole of each station is determined as the basis for subsequent precise positioning.The research results show that the station plan can determine the position of the reference hole and meet the subsequent processing requirements.
