摘要
采用相控阵超声检测方法对CFRP进行质量检测,并对其内部缺陷进行了定量评估。首先,通过检测数据分析实现了CFRP内部缺陷的A/B/C扫图像显示。其次,提出了一种基于多平面重建和体绘制的三维成像方法,实现了CFRP样件的整体三维成像。最后,通过分层缺陷预制体制备进行了缺陷三维成像精度实验。研究结果表明,CFRP内部缺陷的三维成像可视化结果的平均误差精度可以达到2.2 mm。
The quality of CFRP is tested by phased array ultrasonic testing method,and the internal defects of CFRP are quantitatively evaluated.Firstly,A/B/C scan image display of CFRP internal defects is realized by analyzing the detection data.Secondly,a three-dimensional imaging method based on multi-plane reconstruction and volume rendering is proposed to realize the overall 3D imaging of CFRP samples.Finally,the accuracy test of 3D defect imaging is carried out by the layered defect prefabrication system.The results show that the average error accuracy of 3D imaging visualization results of internal defects of carbon fiber composites can reach 2.2 mm.
