基于GNSS与场量传感器的振动数据同步采集系统设计

摘要 针对爆炸场振动信息采集中节点分布范围广、工作环境复杂、时间同步与空间统一要求较高等问题,利用基于GNSS的高精度定位与授时技术以及基于重力加速度、地磁等物理场的姿态测量技术,设计了分布式振动数据同步采集系统。系统包含控制模块、采集模块以及存储模块三部分,通过无线指令控制分布式节点进行数据采集与休眠,利用PPS秒脉冲触发节点采集数据,实现数据同步,根据场量传感器输出结果,结合PPK定位技术,实现多节点在空间上的统一。实验结果表明,系统的节点空间位置定位精度可以到达毫米级,矢量方向误差小于0.5°,多节点时间同步误差为±5.5μs。 Aiming at the large distribution range of nodes,complex working environment,high requirements for time synchronization and spatial unification in the process of collecting vibration information in the explosion field,it uses GNSS-based high-precision positioning and timing technology,and physical field-based attitude measurement technology,designs a distributed vibration acquisition system to realize the data acquisition of multi-nodes under the unified reference of wide-area time and space.The system consists of three parts:control module,acquisition module and storage module.The terminal controls the distributed nodes to collect and sleep through wireless commands and uses the PPS second pulse to trigger the collection to achieve data synchronization.According to the output result of the attitude sensor,combined with PPK positioning technology,the unity of the multi-node space is realized.Experiments show that the positioning accuracy of the node's spatial position can reach the millimeter level,the vector direction error is less than 0.5°,and the multi-node time synchronization error is±5.5μs.
