基于冲击能量的管簧式起落架优化设计

摘要 为提高管簧式起落架的着陆性能,通过分析管簧起落架受力情况,建立了作为起落架主支柱的变截面管簧在弯曲、扭转、轴向变形下的应变能吸收模型,并以某型通用飞机的起落架为优化对象,采用遗传算法对起落架管簧的形状进行优化。利用ABAQUS对优化前、后的起落架进行着陆仿真分析,结果表明:在相同的工况下,优化后起落架最大应力减小,过载系数减小,起落架吸收功量和比吸能得到提高,着陆性能得到改善。 In order to improve the landing performance of the landing gear,the strain energy absorption model of the variable section tube spring under bending,torsion and axial deformation is established by the force analysis of the landing gear in this paper.And the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the shape of the landing gear of a certain general aircraft.At last,ABAQUS is used to simulate the landing gears.The results show that under the same conditions,the maximum stress and overload of the landing gear decrease,and the energy absorption and specific energy absorption of the landing gear increase.The cushion property of the landing gear is improved.
