冲击载荷作用下矿用液压支架有限元分析与研究 被引量:2

摘要 以ZY6000/25/50型矿用液压支架为研究对象,利用有限元软件对液压支架与支撑岩体进行受力分析,对矿用液压支架整机进行了瞬态动力学有限元分析,得到了冲击载荷作用下液压整机受力变形云图及最大应力随时间的变化关系。仿真结果为矿用液压支架结构设计优化提供了理论依据,对保障井下作业人员的安全具有实际的工程意义。 In this paper,ZY6000/25/50 mining hydraulic support is taken as the research object,the stress of hydraulic support and supporting rock mass are analyzed by using finite element software,the transient dynamic finite element analysis of mining hydraulic support is carried out,and the stress deformation nephogram and the variation relationship of maximum stress with time under impact load are obtained.The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of mining hydraulic support,and have practical engineering significance for ensuring the safety of underground operators.
