水泥粉磨专用耐磨陶瓷研磨体节电效果分析 被引量:2

Analysis on energy-saving effects of wear-resistant ceramic grinding medium specially used for cement mill

摘要 针对某公司原辊压机双闭路水泥联合粉磨系统运行中存在的问题,经过初期对粉磨系统进行调整改造,在管磨机细磨仓中采用水泥粉磨专用耐磨陶瓷研磨体替代原金属研磨体,后期又有针对性地对存在问题进行持续改进。经现场应用证明,耐磨陶瓷研磨体替换原金属研磨体,提高了粉磨系统产量,水泥粉磨电耗及耐磨陶瓷研磨体磨耗均有下降,水泥成品性能也得到了明显改善。 In view of the issues existing during the operation of original roller press double closed-circuit cement combined grinding system in a company,after the transformation of the grinding system in early stage that involved the replacement of the metal grinding medium with the wear-resistant ceramic one specially used for the cement mill in the fine grinding bin of the tube mill,the existing issues were continuously solved in later stage.Field application showed the replacement of original metal grinding medium with wear-resistant ceramic one improved the yield of the grinding system,both the energy consumption of the cement mill and the wear amount of the wear-resistant ceramic grinding medium reduced,and the property of cement product remarkably improved also.
