摘要
通过对 Q345 表面的激光熔覆层进行硬度测量及微观组织分析,揭示了不同激光能量密度下熔覆层和热影响区内显微硬度的分布规律。对比不同激光能量密度下试样的微观组织和显微硬度,发现微观组织越小越致密,硬度越高。研究结果为矿山机械关键件的激光熔覆制造提供了理论依据。
After measuring the hardness and analyzing the microstructure of the laser cladding layer on Q345,the paper revealed the distribution laws of microhardness of the cladding layer and the heat-affected zone at various laser energy density.The microstructure and the microhardness of the samples were compared at various laser energy density,it was concluded that the smaller and the compacter the microstructure was,the higher the microstructure was.The research results offered theoretical basis for the laser cladding of key parts of mining machinery.
