摘要
对煤矿井下工作面刮板输送机用1000 kW以上大功率行星齿轮减速器高速轴结构形式进行了研究,结合减速器使用工况环境,分析了几种不同结构形式高速轴的优缺点,为其结构设计提供了一定的参考。
The paper researched the structural type of the high-speed shaft of the planetary reducer whose power being above 1000 kW used for the scraper conveyor on work face in underground colliery,and analyzed the advantages and the disadvantages of various structured high-speed shaft in combination with the operation mode and surroundings of the reducer,which offered some reference for its design.
