摘要
对京唐1号高炉炉缸侧壁温度升高后的护炉技术措施进行了总结。首钢京唐1号高炉投产4年后,炉缸侧壁温度出现异常升高现象,最高温度接近6001,通过采用高钛球护炉、控制适宜的冶炼强度、调整煤气流分布、稳定炉体热负荷、强化炉前出铁作业、优化炉料结构等护炉措施,1号高炉炉缸侧壁温度的异常升高得到有效控制。在常态化护炉期间,1号高炉取得了稳定的技术经济指标,2019年6-11月,高炉平均利用系数2.03t/(m^(3)·d),焦比287kg/t,燃料比505kg/t。
The technical measures for protecting Jingtang Steel No.1 BF after abnormal temperature rise of hearth side wall is summarized.Four years after startup,the hearth sidewall suffers abnormal temperature rise with the highest temperature close to 60 C To cope with this problem,protection measures are taken,such as protecting the furnace with high titanium pellets,adopting adequate smelting intensity,adjusting the gas flow distribution to stabilize the stack heat load,strengthening the tapping operation management,and upgrading the quality of the charge mix.As a result,the abnormal temperature rise of the hearth side wall gets effectively controlled,and the furnace achieved stable technical and economic indicators under the regularized protection operation.From June to November 2019,the average BF productivity was 2.03t/(m^(3)·d),the coke rate 287 kg/t,and the fuel rate 505 kg/t.
