对太钢3号高炉长寿设计及长寿经验进行了总结分析。在长寿设计的基础上,通过合理匹配上下部操作制度,确保炉况长期稳定顺行,控制好入炉有害元素,并加强炉缸砖衬温度、冷却壁热负荷、冷却制度、炉缸活跃性与气流等管理工作,3号高炉已生产14年,单位炉容产铁量近1.2万t/m^(3),全炉冷却壁完好无破损,炉缸砖衬温度受控。

The long campaign design and long campaign operation experience of Taiyuan Steel No.3 BF are summarized and analyzed.The long campaign design and reasonable charging and blasting operating system ensure long term smooth and stable running of the furnace.Thanks to the management measures,such as controlling the harmful elements charged to the furnace,enhancing the management of hearth lining temperature,heat load of the cooling stave,cooling system,hearth activity and gas flow,the furnace has operated for 14 years with specific output hitting nearly 12000t/m^(3),cooling staves of the whole furnace remaining intact and the hearth lining temperature getting fully controlled.
