摘要 全焦开炉技术具有节省木材资源、缩短工期、降低人工劳动强度等优点,但在大中型高炉上采用有较大难度。涟钢8号高炉中修采用全焦开炉,通过开炉配料计算分段控制合理炉渣成分;封闭炉顶快速装料,预置下料闸开度与流量曲线,深料线送风;合理的送风制度与择机疏散板结料柱;铁口预埋氧枪加热炉缸等,8号高炉成功实现全焦开炉,送风后19h32min顺利出第一炉铁,送风后32h风量等各项技术参数基本达到正常生产水平。 Full coke blow-on technology excels with its no wood consumption,shorter construction period,and reduced labor intensity,but it is difficult to be applied in medium and large sized blast furnace.Lianyuan Steel No.8 BF adopts this technology after the medium repair.The measures taken for the furnace includes calculating the charge mix for blow-on to properly control the slag composition in different sections of the furnace;sealing the famace top while rapidly charging stocks,presetting the opening of the loading gate and charging flow curve,supplying blast to furnace after dropping the stockline to the level of tuyere centerline;selecting reasonable blasting system,loosening the caked stock column duly,and embedding oxygen lance at taphole for heating the hearth,etc.Ultimately,No.8 BF is blown on successfully under full coke,and taps the first heat of hot metal after 19h and 32min blasting.The furnace technical parameters,like blast amount in 32h,reach the level required for normal production.
