摘要
对首钢股份3号高炉中修空料线停炉及开炉操作进行了总结。采用炉顶打水降温空料线停炉法,停炉过程中未发生一次爆震,料面整体降至风口中心线,实现了安全、环保、快速停炉。由于凤口前理论燃烧温度过高,提前停氧,认为在降料面的初期,热制度的匹配有待进一步优化。开炉操作顺利,未出现管道、悬料等失常炉况,60h达正常全风水平、焦炭负荷恢复至4.03,开炉120h高炉利用系数达到2.02t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比505.70kg/t,实现了中修开炉快速恢复及达产的预期目标。
A summary is made respect to medium repairing,blow-off and reblowing-on operation of Shougang No.3 BF.Thanks to the activities performed during furnace blow-off,such as cooling the furnace top by spraying water,and dropping of the stockline,no detonation occurred during furnace blow-off operation,and the stockline is dropped to the level of tuyere center line,achieving safe,environmentally friendly,and rapid furnace blowdoff.Stopping oxygen blowing in advance considering higher theoretical combustion temperature in front of the tuyere.Except for insufficient adaptation of BF thermal system with the furnace operation condition in the early stage of the stockline dropping,the furnace blow-on operation is quite successful,without the problem of stock hanging nor pipe abnormality,and the furnace realizes normal blasting status in 60 h with coke load restored to 4.03.After blowing on for 120hours,its productivity reaches 2.02t/(m^(3)·d)and the fuel rate is 505.70kg/t,signifying rapid restoration and fulfillment of target output after reblow-on.
