摘要
为把评价高炉生产效率的方法由统计规律提升为定量规律,将16座容积>4000^(3)高炉的208组月平均和年平均生产操作数据,分为四组进行了Rist操作线分析。提出了与炉腹煤气量指数χ_(BG)相对应的风口耗氧量指数χ_(o_(2))概念,并推导出了面积利用系数η_(A)与风口耗氧量指数g、吨铁风口耗氧量V_(o_(2))的关系式。采用作图法寻找到了A.Rist先生在理论上证明了的四条Rist包络线,并发现炉腹煤气量指数和吨铁风口耗氧量对Rist包络线有重大的影响,当生产中的高炉操作线与包络线的交点发生变化时,Rist操作线可以计算此变化造成的高炉高温区热消耗量的数量。
In order to sublime the evaluating method of blast furnace production efticiency from statistical law to quantitative law,208 groups of monthly and annual average production operation data of 16 BFs with volume>4000^(3) are divided into four groups to analyze the Rist operation curve.The concept of tuyere oxygen consumption indicator χ_(o_(2)) corresponding to bosh gas flow rate indicator χ_(BG) is put forward,from which it is derived a correlation between the area productivity η_(A),and tuyere oxygen consumption indicator χ_(o_(2)),tuyere oxygen consumption per ton of hot metal V_(o_(2)).Four Rist envelope curves which have been proved theoretically by Mr.A.Rist are figured out by the geometric construction method,and it is found that the indicators of bosh gas flow-rate and the oxygen consumption of the tuyere per ton of hot metal V_(o_(2)) had a significant impact on the Rist envelope curves.When the intersection of BF operating line and the envelope curve changes in the production,the Rist operation curve can be used to calculate the variation of heat consumption at BF high temperature zone caused by such change.
