摘要
基于电力系统大联网的趋势,电气设备性能指标对电网电能质量和系统稳定性的影响显而易见,且这种影响多牵一发而动全身。为确保电气设备性能稳定,必须定期开展高压试验,做好设备检验。而电气高压试验本身技术要求高、风险大,试验中的风险因素评估及科学处理是关键。本文主要就电气高压试验中风险要素进行评估,在明确风险要素的基础上,多方面入手指导做好电气高压试验风险应对工作。
Inview of large scale connectiong network trend of the power system, it is easily visible for the influence of performance index of electric equipmant on electric energy quality of the electric network and the system stablity, and this influence once starts that the while network will be influenced.In orderto ensure the performance stability of the electric equipment, have to carry out high voltage test regularly, taking a test vell.The technical requirements of electric high voltage test iteself are high and full of hazard, it is the crux for risk factor estimate and scientific processing during the test.The paper mainly carries out risk key element estimate for electric high voltage test.On the basis of explicit risk factors cleal with the electric high voltage test risk well from many ways.
