摘要 随着现代工程设施和设备的出现,各行各业的功耗迅速增加,特别是大量高层建筑和大型车间的建设。插入式密集母线可以传输大电流,因此得到了广泛的应用。目前应用的密集型母线连接器存在连接器的铜排和母线接触不紧密的缺点,导致连接处接触电阻过高,易发生温度异常,进而引起停电事故的发生。装拆工人不得不花费大量时间调平,使其紧密连接,避免停电事故的发生。为有效降低因母排连接不紧密造成的故障,减少安装密集型母线连接器的时间,文中提出一种柔性密集型母线连接器,它由抱紧结构、柔性绝缘橡胶、铜排、硬质绝缘垫块、绝缘套管5大模块组成。在实际工作推广应用,该设备极大地提高安装人员的工作效率,保障电力的正常供应。 With the emergence of modern engineering facilities and equipment, the power consumption of all walks of life increases rapidly, especially the construction of a large number of high-rise buildings and large workshops.Plug in dense bus can transmit large current, so it has been widely used.At present, the dense bus connector has the disadvantage that the copper bar of the connector is not in close contact with the bus, which leads to high contact resistance at the connection, prone to abnormal temperature, and then lead to power failure.The assembly and disassembly workers shall not spend a lot of time leveling to make them closely connected to avoid power failure.In order to effectively reduce the faults caused by the loose connection of the bus bar and reduce the time of installing the dense bus connector, a flexible dense bus connector is proposed in this paper, which is composed of five modules: holding structure, flexible insulating rubber, copper bar, hard insulating cushion block and insulating sleeve.In practical work, the equipment greatly improves the work efficiency of installers and ensures the normal power supply.
