摘要
Modbus通信协议是基于可编程逻辑控制器通信发展而来的,随着可编程逻辑控制器和变频器在工业生产领域的大规模应用,Modbus通信协议也在可编程逻辑控制器和变频器的应用中发挥了越来越重要的作用。本文基于Modbus通信协议,构建了由单台可编程逻辑控制和多台变频器构成的自动化变频调速控制系统,结合Modbus通信协议的特点,详细描述了可编程逻辑控制器通过Modbus协议对变频器进行远程控制的方法,具体包括了可编程逻辑控制器主站的软件开发、控制系统的硬件连接方式,以及控制参数的配置方法。经过实际运用验证,本文所提出的方法,控制效果优良,具备进行大规模推广应用的条件。
Modbus communication protocol is developed based on programmable logic controller communication, and with the large-scale application of programmable logic controller and inverter in industrial production, Modbus communication protocol also plays an increasingly important role in the application of programmable logic controller and inverter.This paper constructs an automated frequency control system composed of a single programmable logic controller and multiple inverters based on the Modbus communication protocol, and describes in detail the method of remote control of inverters by programmable logic controllers through the Modbus protocol in combination with the characteristics of the Modbus communication protocol.It includes the software development of the programmable logic controller master, the hardware connection of the control system, and the configuration of the control parameters.After practical application, the method proposed in this paper has excellent control effect and is qualified for large-scale application.
