摘要
白鹤滩水电站左岸主变洞吊顶结构为现浇密肋拱梁钢筋混凝土结构,具有结构复杂、跨度大、高度高、工期紧、相互制约条件多等特点。施工过程中采取了优化吊顶结构和运输通道的措施,采用“盘扣式满堂架+定型拱架、桁架”新型组合支撑体系和预制清水模板等技术,实现了主变洞吊顶结构安全高效浇筑混凝土的目标。
The suspended ceiling structure of the main transformer tunnel on the left bank of Baihetan Dam is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure with multi-ribbed arch beam.During construction,techniques such as optimizing the suspended ceiling structure and transportation passage,adopting a new combined support system of"full-space frame with plate and buckle type+fixed arch frame and truss",and pre-casting of ascast formwork are adopted,safe and efficient concreting of the ceiling structure of the main transformer tunnel is realized and this paper provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
