跨学科快速康复护理模式对甲状腺术后患者生活质量及心理状况的影响

Effect of interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on quality of life and psychological status of patients after thyroid surgery

目的探究跨学科快速康复护理模式对甲状腺术后患者生活质量及心理状况的影响。方法选择2019年10月-2020年10月本院收治的100例甲状腺术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理治疗,观察组采用跨学科快速康复护理模式治疗。评估两组生活质量、心理状态、认知功能、康复情况、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、满意度。结果干预后观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者认知功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的康复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论跨学科快速康复护理模式应用于甲状腺术后患者能有效改善患者的生活质量和心理状态,提高认知功能,降低疼痛程度,提高睡眠质量和满意度,促进患者的快速康复。

Objective To explore the influence of interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on the quality of life and psychological status of patients after thyroid surgery.Methods 100 patients underwent thyroid surgery those were enrolled in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing treatment,and the observation group was treated with interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode.Quality of life,psychological state,cognitive function,rehabilitation,pain,sleep quality and satisfaction were evaluated for the two groups.Results After intervention,the score of quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating depression Scale(SDS)in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05);cognitive function score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the rehabilitation of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05);the pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);the score of sleep quality in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing model in patients with thyroid surgery could effectively improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients,improve cognitive function,reduce the degree of pain,improve sleep quality and satisfaction,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
