生态翻译学视角下的字幕英译技巧--以电影《中国医生》为例

Translation Skills of Subtitle from the Perspective of Eco-translatology-A Case Study of the Film Chinese Doctors

电影是中国走向世界、传播国家形象的重要媒介,中国电影台词的英译质量至关重要。本文在生态翻译学理论框架下,基于语言维、文化维和交际维三个维度对电影《中国医生》的英译字幕进行讨论,从语言维中的词法、文化维中的文化传递、交际维中的双关和特殊句式等角度提出修改建议。旨在探讨生态翻译学在电影字幕翻译中的指导意义,以达到传递中国声音、传播中国文化的目的。

Chinese film,as an important medium for China to go global and spread its national profile,the quality of whose English-translated lines is very important.Under the framework of eco-translatology,this article discusses the English-translated subtitles of Chinese Doctors from three dimensions:linguistic dimension,cultural dimension and communicative dimension.Some suggestions are put forward based on the morphology linguistic dimension,cultural transmission in culture dimension,and pun and special sentence patterns in communicative dimension,etc.The purpose of this article is to explore the guiding significance of eco-translatology in film subtitle translation,so as to convey Chinese voice and spread Chinese culture.
