大学教师教学学术能力发展的本土化困境及国外经验借鉴

摘要 教学学术能力是教师按照学术规范研究、解决教学实际问题,以实现知识有效传播的能力。我国大学教师教学学术能力发展目前陷入学术能力认同度不高、学术评价制度不健全和教学学术活动不充分的困境。提升教师的教学学术能力关系到教师发展和大学发展,需要充分借鉴国外成功经验,凝聚教学学术共识,完善学术评价制度,并有效开展教学学术活动。 Teaching academic ability is the ability of teachers to research and solve practical teaching problems in accordance with academic norms so as to realize effective knowledge dissemination.At present,the development of university teachers'teaching academic ability in China falls into the dilemma of low recognition degree of academic ability,imperfect academic evaluation system and inadequate teaching academic activities.The improvement of teachers'academic teaching ability is related to teachers'development and university's development.It is necessary to draw lessons from foreign successful experience,gather academic consensus on teaching,improve academic evaluation system and carry out academic teaching activities effectively.
