国家药品集中带量采购中选结果及采购规则优化方向分析

Analysis of Selected Results and Rule Optimization Direction of National Pharmaceutical Centralized Volume-Based Procurement

我国药品集中带量采购工作在常态化制度化推进的同时,采购范围由化学药扩展至生物药,采购规则逐批优化,配套措施逐渐完善。本文对各批次国家药品集中带量采购的中选结果、采购规则及优化方向进行对比分析,为进一步推动改革,最终形成竞争充分、价格合理、规范有序的药品供应保障体系提供思路。

With the normalized and institutionalized pharmaceutical centralized volume-based procurement advancing in China,drug procurement scope has been expanded from chemical drugs to biological drugs,beneficial experience has been accumulated,procurement policies have been optimized,supporting measures have been improved,and the reform of medical and health system has achieved obvious results.This paper researched the application information and selected results of six batch(seven time)national pharmaceutical centralized procurement,and summarized the optimization direction of volume-based procurement rules.This paper provides ideas for volume-based procurement,in order to make it play more roles in guiding drug prices to return to the reasonable level,improving people’s well-being and promoting industry development.
