摘要
基于社会交换理论和社会认知理论,构建了绿色变革型领导对员工绿色创新行为影响机制模型。对270份问卷的实证分析表明:绿色变革型领导正向影响员工绿色创新行为;绿色组织支持感、绿色组织承诺均在绿色变革型领导和员工绿色创新行为之间起中介作用;绿色自我效能感分别调节绿色组织支持感、绿色组织承诺在绿色变革型领导和绿色创新行为关系中的中介作用。研究结果丰富了员工绿色创新行为的理论研究,对企业绿色管理实践具有一定的启示。
Based on social exchange theory and social cognitive theory,this paper constructs a mechanism model to test the impact of green transformational leadership on employees’green innovation behavior.The empirical results show that:green transformational leadership has a positive impact on employees’green innovation behavior;perceived green organizational support and green organizational commitment both play a mediating role between green transformational leadership and employees’green behavior;perceived green self-efficacy moderates the mediating role of green organizational support and green organizational commitment in green transformational leadership and green innovation behavior.These findings not only enrich the theoretical research on employees’green innovation behavior,but also provide some suggestions for the practice of enterprise green management.
