“双创”升级背景下高职创新创业师资队伍建设探析

在“双创”升级背景下,师资队伍是影响教育质量的关键。缺乏专业的师资管理部门、缺少完善的管理制度、缺乏培养教师成长的相关环境、偏重理论培训忽视实践能力培训等是师资队伍不完善的主要原因。因此,师资队伍建设应根据目前师资队伍建设中存在的问题进行全面分析,树立正确的“双创”教育观念,激发教师对创新创业工作的积极性,提高师资队伍的整体能力与素养,全面促进高校“双创”教育的持续发展。

Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”upgrading,teachers are the key to affecting the quality of education.Lack of professional teacher management department,lack of perfect management system,lack of relevant environment for cultivating teachers’growth,emphasis on theoretical training and neglect of practical ability training are the main reasons for the imperfection of teachers.Therefore,we should comprehensively analyze the problems existing in the construction of teachers,establish a correct concept of“entrepreneurship and innovation”education,stimulate teachers’enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship,improve the overall ability and quality of teachers,and comprehensively promote the sustainable development of“entrepreneurship and innovation”education in colleges and universities.
