摘要
充分利用“基础英语”课程教材,以教材中的会话文本为语料,通过分析会话文本,总结会话材料中出现频率最高的话语标记语“well”的主要语用功能,并通过实验和调查相结合的方法,探究学生在学习和使用话语标记语过程中存在的问题、问题产生的原因和解决问题的策略,以期帮助英语学习者建立语境观念,从动态的角度理解会话材料,进而促进其言语交际能力的提高。
Making full use of conversation materials in textbooks is helpful in improving English major students’verbal communicative competence.Based on the analysis of the conversations in the textbook,this paper summarizes main pragmatic functions of the discourse marker“well”which appears most frequently in the conversational material.In addition,this research explores the problems in the process of students’learning and using discourse markers,the causes of the problems and the strategies to solve the problems by way of experiments and interview.The purpose of this study is to help students establish the concept of context and to understand conversational materials from a dynamic perspective,so as to improve their verbal communicative competence.
