浅析大学语文培养“工匠精神”的路径

高职院校是培养学生“工匠精神”的主阵地,将思政元素渗透和融入大学语文课程,使专业课与基础课、通识课形成育人合力,既关注学生的专业成才,又关注其精神成人。“工匠精神”的培养可以提升学生的审美素养、可持续发展能力和专业能力,而大学语文课在“工匠精神”的培养中发挥着不可替代的作用。通过文学经典教学,让文学作品以艺术的感动和形象化表达来打动人心,发挥情感教育的功能,同时将蕴藏的思政元素更有效地激发出来,使化育“工匠精神”的脉络更明确,逻辑更清晰。

Vocational colleges are the main position to cultivate students’“craftsman spirit”.Ideological and political elements are infiltrated and integrated into College Chinese Language and Literature so that professional courses,basic courses and general education courses may form a joint force of education,which not only focuses on students’professional development,but also pays attention to their spiritual world.The cultivation of“craftsman spirit”can improve students’aesthetic accomplishment,sustainable development ability and professional ability,and College Chinese Language and Literature plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of“craftsman spirit”.Through the teaching of literary classics,literary works can move people with artistic moving and visual expression,play the function of emotional education,and at the same time,the ideological and political elements contained in them can be more effectively stimulated,so that the context of cultivating“craftsman spirit”is clearer and the logic is clearer.
