基于“云校园”的中外合作办学人才培养模式研究

信息技术的发展带来了高校教学方法及学生学习方式的巨大变化。高等教育信息化建设是推进高等教育普及化和国际化的有效手段,更是实现教育跨越式发展的重要途径。中外合作办学涉及高等教育资源的跨境流动与课程体系的共建共享,是高等教育信息化的前沿。“云校园”概念的引入旨在通过基于互联网线上教学管理平台,建立中外合作办学高校间共享课程、师资、教学资源和学生的“课程联盟”,实现中外高校教学管理、人才培养、学术交流的优化,对创新中外合作办学人才培养产生了积极影响。

The development of information technology has brought great changes in teaching approach and students’learning methods in colleges and universities.The information construction of higher education is not only an effective approach to promote the popularization and internationalization of higher education,but also an important way to realize the leapfrog development of education.Sino-foreign joint education programs involve the cross-border flow of higher education resources and the co-construction and sharing of curriculum system.It is the forefront of higher education informatization.The introduction of the concept of“Cloud Campus”aims to establish a“Curriculum Alliance”of shared courses,faculties,teaching resources and students between Chinese and foreign colleges and universities through the Internet-based online teaching and management platform,in order to realize the optimization of teaching management,talent training and academic exchange between Chinese and foreign colleges and universities,and exert a positive impact on the innovation of talent training of Sino-foreign joint education programs.
