21世纪是互联网的世纪。“互联网+”不仅对新时代中国高等教育的发展影响深远,而且也为具体学科的教学和育人提供了新的契机。“法理学”结合实践案例探讨法的基本知识、基本理念等,对于夯实学生的专业基础,培养学生的法律意识,训练学生的法学思维,增强学生的社会责任感具有重要意义。中国特色社会主义事业进入新时代以来,立德树人成为中国高等教育的总体育人目标。基于此,依托“互联网+”,以立德树人为核心,结合专业特色,推进“法理学”课程育人模式的改进,培养高素质法学人才。

The 21st century is the century of the Internet.The“Internet+”not only has a far-reaching impact on the development of China’s higher education in the new era,but also provides a new opportunity for the teaching and education of specific subjects.“Jurisprudence”combines practical cases to explore the basic knowledge and basic ideas of law,which is of great significance for consolidating students’professional foundation,cultivating students’legal consciousness,training students’legal thinking and enhancing students’sense of social responsibility.Since the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,Enhance Morality,Foster Talents has become the general goal of Chinese higher education.Based on this,relying on the“Internet+”,taking Enhance Morality,Foster Talents as the core,combined with professional characteristics,we promote the improvement of the educational mode of“Jurisprudence”and cultivate high-quality legal talents.
