率值及氧化镁含量对高镁熟料压蒸膨胀性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了MgO含量和熟料三率值对高镁熟料压蒸膨胀性的影响.81组高镁熟料结果显示:煅烧条件相同时,影响压蒸膨胀性的顺序为MgO含量>IM>KH>SM,MgO含量和IM是影响压蒸膨胀率的主要因素;采用岩相观测、XRD精修定量、BSE、EDS等微观测试对方镁石在熟料中的晶体生长环境和压蒸膨胀的关系进行了研究,发现方镁石被C_(3)A与C_(4)AF掺杂交错的中间相包裹时,压蒸膨胀率较低,当条状、板状C_(3)A相增加,掺杂交错的中间相减少,方镁石主要被C_(3)A相包裹时,压蒸膨胀率增大. In this paper,the effects of MgO content and clinker modulus on autoclaved expansion performance of high magnesium clinker were studied.The results of 81 groups of high magnesium clinker showed that when the calcination conditions was same,the order of affecting the autoclave expansion was MgO content>IM>KH>SM.And MgO content and IM were main factors affecting autoclave expansion.The relationship between crystal growth environment and autoclave expansion of magnesite in clinker was studied by means of petrographic analysis,XRD fine measurement,BSE and EDS.It was found that when cristobalite was wrapped by C_(3)A and C_(4)AF doped staggered intermediate phase,the autoclave expansion rate was low.Increase of autoclave expansion were accompanied by high C_(3)A content in the form of strip orslab,lower staggered intermediate phase and periclase wrapped by C_(3)A phase.
