摘要
为提高脱硝催化剂在水泥窑高含尘烟气中抗堵塞和抗磨损的能力,设计出大孔高强脱硝催化剂.以钛白粉为载体,黏土和玻璃纤维为增强剂,采用挤出成型法制备了脱硝催化剂,考察了黏土和玻璃纤维的用量、煅烧温度对其机械强度的影响,并评价成品催化剂的脱硝性能.结果表明:黏土用量为钛白粉质量的3%,玻璃纤维用量为钛白粉的7%,煅烧温度580℃时,催化剂的轴向机械强度为3.28 MPa,径向机械强度为0.85 MPa,磨损强度为0.05%/kg,脱硝效率为94.52%,满足工程应用对催化剂强度和脱硝性能的要求.在"高温高尘"布置水泥窑烟气脱硝工程中应用,表现出良好的抗堵塞和耐磨性能,压降<120 Pa/层,脱硝效率大于92.5%,并长期稳定运行.
In order to improve the anti-clogging and anti-wear ability of denitration catalyst in high dust containing flue gas of cement kiln,a macroporous high-strength denitration catalyst was designed.The denitration catalyst were prepared by extrusion molding with titanium dioxide as support,clay and glass fiber as reinforcing agents.The effects of the amount of clay and glass fiber and calcination temperature on its mechanical strength were investigated,and the denitration performance of the finished catalyst was evaluated.The results showed that when the amount of clay is 3%of the mass of titanium dioxide,the amount of glass fiber is 7%of that of titanium dioxide,and the calcination temperature is 580℃,the axial mechanical strength of the catalyst is 3.28 MPa,the radial mechanical strength is 0.85 MPa,the wear strength is 0.05%/kg,and the denitration efficiency is 94.52%,it meets the engineering application of catalyst strength and denitration performance requirements.The application of denitration catalyst in the flue gas denitration project of high temperature and high dust cement kiln shows good anti-clogging and anti-wear ability,the pressure drop is less than 120 Pa/layer,the denitration efficiency is more than 92.5%,and it runs stably for a long time.
