摘要
本文通过对某核电站稳压器电加热元件连接件与套管试验件焊接时产生的缺陷进行了原因分析,发现材料焊接性不好的根本原因是材料物理性能的差异,根据分析的原因进行了焊接工艺探索,确定了改进后的焊接方法,经焊接工艺评定焊缝质量满足设计要求,满足了稳压器电加热元件连接件与套管的焊接。
This paper analyzes the causes of welding defects between the electric heater connecting piece and sleeve test piece of a nuclear power plant.It is found that the fundamental reason for the poor weldability of materials is the different physical properties of materials.According to the reasons analyzed,the welding process is explored,the improved welding method is determined,the weld quality is evaluated by the welding process to meet the design requirements,and the welding of the electric heater connecting piece and sleeve of the pressurizer is satisfied.
