摘要
国家核安全局于2010年2月颁布了《概率安全分析(PSA)技术政策:概率安全分析技术在核安全领域中的应用》[1],希望在国内核电厂推动PSA技术的广泛应用。某核电厂积极开展PSA的试点应用,并用于技术规格书中核电厂棒束完好可用性核对试验的周期优化,于2019年11月11日取得了国家核安全局批复,为国内首个获得国家核安全局批复的核电厂,对国内同类型核电机组具有一定的借鉴意义。
In February 2010,the National Nuclear Safety Administration promulgated the PSA Technology Policy:Application of the Probabilistic Safety Analysis Technology in the Field of Nuclear Safety[1],hoping to promote the wide application of the PSA technology in domestic nuclear power plants.One nuclear power plant actively carried out the pilot application of the PSA,and used it in the periodic optimization for the check test of the integrity-availability of the rod bundle of nuclear power plant in the technical specifications,which was approved by the National Nuclear Safety Administration on November 11,2019.As the first nuclear power plant with the national approval,it has a certain reference significance for the domestic nuclear power plants of the same kind.
