摘要
介绍了某酱香型白酒生产企业一新建废水处理工程的设计过程.通过方案论证比较,采用"预处理—UASB—化学除氮磷—五级Bardenpho+MBR—臭氧氧化+混凝沉淀—深度处理"工艺流程,并结合建设厂址狭长、分期建设的实际情况,对全流程进行了工艺设计,工程投入使用后,出水水质达到发酵酒精和白酒行业最严格的排放限值要求.
The design of a new wastewater treatment project for a sauce-flavor liquor brewing wastewater was introduced.Through scheme demonstration and comparison,the Pretreatment-UASB-Chemical removal of nitrogen and phosphorus-Five-stage Bardenpho+MBR-Ozone oxidation+Coagulation sedimentation-Advanced treatment process was adopted.Combined with the actual situation of narrow and long construction site and staged construction,a relatively complete planning and design of the whole process was carried out.The effluent quality met the most stringent emission limit requirements of the fermentation alcohol and liquor industry.
