摘要 循环冷却水系统是重要的工业辅助系统,该系统运行过程中会产生大量能源消耗,涉及方面众多.因此,对循环冷却水系统进行节能综合评价具有重要现实意义.基于对循环冷却水系统的运行原理进行详细分析,综合考虑已有的评价指标,设置了系统能耗指标、系统能效指标、系统运行质量指标和系统经济性指标,构建了新的循环冷却水系统综合评价指标体系.设计了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法的组合赋权法,同时将NASH均衡解作为协调优化目标引入AHP-熵权法中计算综合权重.然后运用TOPSIS法对循环冷却水系统进行综合节能评价.最后通过对实际火电厂循环冷却水系统进行实例分析,验证了方法的可行性和合理性. The circulating cooling water system is an important industrial auxiliary system,which will produce a large amount of energy consumption in the process of operation and involves many aspects.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the energy conservation of circulating cooling water system.Based on the detailed analysis of the operation mechanism of circulating cooling water system,and considering the existing evaluation indexes comprehensively,this paper establishes a new comprehensive evaluation index system of circulating cooling water system,including system energy consumption index,system energy efficiency index,system operation quality index and system economic index.A combined weighting method based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weight method was designed.At the same time,Nash equilibrium solution was introduced into the AHP entropy weight method as the coordination optimization objective to calculate the comprehensive weight.Then TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the comprehensive energy saving of circulating cooling water system.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method are verified by an example analysis of the circulating cooling water system in a thermal power plant.
