摘要
中国质量认证中心(China Quality Certification Centre,CQC)于2015年6月推出《二次供水设备节能认证技术规范》(CQC 3153-2015)对二次供水设备进行节能认证,技术规范中规定当采用2泵设备(1用1备),流量大于15 m^(3)/h的供水工况下(实际工程中最常见),设备节能指标应为单位供水能耗≤880 kW·h/(km^(3)·MPa),基于此,对比了在二次供水改造项目中采用变频供水与新型密闭可伸缩蓄水容器供水(简称工频供水)两种不同模式下的供水能耗,发现变频供水单位能耗是3180 kW·h/(km^(3)·MPa),而工频供水单位能耗仅为660 kW·h/(km^(3)·MPa),相对节能79.2%.通过对比实测运行数据,发现工频供水在运行过程中单位供水能耗与用水量的多少并不相关,而采用变频供水模式单位供水能耗与用水量呈现负相关.采用变频供水模式下白天与夜间的耗电总量基本相同,均为25 kW·h左右,与用水量无关.对于直饮水供水,循环流量是保证分质供水水质的关键因素,循环流量的大小与能耗不相关对直饮水推广有指导性.
In order to reduce the energy consumption of secondary water supply,China Quality Certification Centre(CQC)launched the Energy saving certification for secondary water supply equipment(CQC 3153~2015)which carry out energy-saving certification for secondary water supply equipment in June 2015.The certification stipulate that when two pumps(one used and one standby)are used and the flow rate is greater than 15 m\h(the most common in actual engineering).the energy consumption per unit water supply of energy-saving equipment should be no more than 880 kW•h/(km^(3)·MPa).Based on this,this study compared the energy consumption per u-nit of water supply under two different modes of frequency conversion water supply and the power frequency water supply in actual projects.The energy consumption per unit of the frequency conversion water supply is 3180 kW·h/(km^(3)·MPa),while the energy consumption per unit of the power frequency water supply is only 660 kW·h/(km^(3)·MPa),which is a relative energy saving of 79.2%.By comparing the measured operating data,it is found that the energy consumption per unit and the water consumption of the power frequency water supply during the operation process are not related.The unit water consumption energy consumption and the water consumption of the frequency conversion water supply mode are negatively correlated,however,the power consumption during the day and night of the frequency conversion water supply mode is basically the same,both are about 25 kW·h,which is not related to the water consumption.For direct drinking water supply,the circulation flow is the key factor to ensure the quality of water supply,and the circulation flow is not related to the energy consumption,which is a guide for the promotion of direct drinking water.
