摘要
[目的]为了研究饲养方式对肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响。[方法]选择300只爱拔益加白羽肉鸡(1日龄),随机分成3组,分别为地面平养、单层网上平养、三层立体笼养,每组5个重复,每个重复20只,在相同管理方法、不同饲养方式下连续饲养42 d。[结果]三层立体笼养肉鸡42日龄时,日增重显著高于地面平养和单层网上平养,且平均料肉比仅为1.67∶1;三层立体笼养生产的肉鸡肉质较嫩,粗脂肪含量最高,且屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腹脂率显著高于地面平养。[结论]在相同的饲养管理条件下,三层立体笼养比地面平养、单层网上平养便于管理,且肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能好,还能显著提高饲料报酬率。
[Objective]In order to study the effect of feeding methods on the growth and slaughter performance of broilers.[Methods]300 Aiba Yijia white-feathered broilers(1 day old)were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,which are ground flat rearing,single-layer online flat rearing,and threelayer stereoscopic Cages.For each group,there were 5 replicates and 20 broilers were studied in one replicate.Broilers were continuously reared for 42 d under the same management but different rearing methods.[Results]The daily weight gain of broilers raised in three-layer three-dimensional cages at the age of 42 was significantly higher than that of ground flat rearing and single-layer online flat rearing,and the average feed-to-meat ratio was only 1.67∶1.The meat quality for broilers produced in threelayer three-dimensional cages was relatively tender and the crude fat content was the highes among different groups.The slaughter rate,half evisceration rate,full evisceration rate,and abdominal fat rate for broilers produced in three-layer three-dimensional cages were significantly higher than those raised on the ground.[Conclusion]Under the same feeding and management conditions,the three-layer three-dimensional cage is easier to be managed than the ground level and the single-layer online level,and the production performance and slaughter performance of broilers are better,and the feed rate of return can be significantly improved.
