临期食品在畜禽饲料中的应用

Application of near-expired food in livestock and poultry feed

[目的]为科学合理地利用临期食品资源,可将其作为畜禽饲料原料的一部分来缓解玉米豆粕等常规饲料原料短缺和价高的问题。[方法]通过调研大量参考文献,归纳临期食品资源种类和营养成分及其在畜禽饲料中的应用效果,总结常见的临期食品的添加方法、添加剂量以及加工与检测技术。[结果]我国的临期食品,如饼干、巧克力、甜糕、奶粉及鸡蛋粉等每年约有25万t,作为饲料原料不会影响食用畜禽的安全健康,其营养成分丰富,熟化的食品还具有提升动物消化率和诱食等作用,并且可节省大量成本,起到“降本增效”的作用。[结论]未来在政府-科研单位-企业的共同努力和研发下,临期食品资源在畜禽饲料中的应用会越来越广泛,也会在一定程度上推动我国畜牧业的发展和进步。

To make scientific and rational use of near-expired food resources as feed ingredients in livestock and poultry to alleviate the shortage and high price of conventional feed ingredients such as corn and soybean meal.Through researching references,we summarized the types of near-expired food resources and their nutritional values and application in livestock and poultry feeds,and also summarized the adding methods,additive amounts,processing and testing techniques of near-expired foods.There are about 250,000 tons of near-expired foods such as cookies,chocolates,sweet cakes,milk powder and egg powder in China annually,which can be used as feed ingredients without affecting the safety and health of livestock and poultry.They are rich in nutrients and also has the effects of improving digestibility and increasing feed intake in animals.Meanwhile it can play a role of"reducing cost and increasing efficien cy".In the future,with the joint efforts and R&D of government,scientific research institutions and en terprises,the application of the near-expired food resources in livestock and poultry feed will become more and more widespread,which will also promote the development and progress of animal husbandry in China to a certain extent.
