摘要
胆道系统恶性肿瘤起病隐匿,恶性程度高,病程进展快,出现临床症状时患者病情大多已进展到晚期,目前临床上尚缺乏准确、便捷及高敏感度的生物标志物用于早期诊断、实时监测及预测复发转移。循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)是与肿瘤的发生、转移等密切相关的肿瘤生物标志物,而成纤维细胞生长因子受体2(FGFR2)基因作为原癌家族的一员,可加速正常细胞和肿瘤细胞的成熟分裂。文章对CTCs及其FGFR2基因表达在胆道肿瘤复发转移中发挥的作用,及其预测胆道系统肿瘤患者预后的最新研究进展进行综述。
Malignant tumors of the biliary tract have insidious onset,high degree of malignancy,and rapid disease progression.When clinical symptoms appear,most patients have already progressed to an advanced stage.At present,there is still a lack of accurate,convenient and highly sensitive biomarkers for early diagnosis,real-time Monitor and predict recurrence and metastasis.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are tumor biomarkers closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of tumors.The fibroblast growth factor receptor 2(FGFR2)gene,a member of the proto-cancer family,accelerates the maturation and division of normal and tumor cells.This article reviews the role of CTCs and their FGFR2 gene expression in the recurrence and metastasis of biliary tract tumors,and the latest research progress in predicting the prognosis of patients with biliary tract tumors.
