摘要
教员、学员是军队院校课程教学的学术性主体和学习性主体,在课堂生态中具有共生性。以课堂生态主体分析为基础,剖析传统教学思维惯性影响下课堂生态主体关系在教学主体、教学过程、师生关系方面的异化问题,从教员与学员关系由单一主体观、双主体观到主体间性的调整变化中探究了课堂生态主体关系演进的逻辑脉络,以教员与学员生态主体间性为创新发展走向提出了新型课堂生态下军队院校课堂生态主体关系转型及教员和学员角色调适的思路对策。
Instructors and students are the academic and learning subjects of curriculum teaching in military academies, and they are symbiotic in the classroom. Based on the analysis of the classroom ecological subject, it analyzes the alienation of the classroom ecological subject relationship in the teaching subject, the teaching process,and the teacher-student relationship under the influence of the inertia of traditional teaching thinking. From the adjustment and change of the relationship between teachers and students from a single subject view, a dual subject view to inter-subjectivity view, the logical context of the evolution of the relationship between the classroom ecological subjects is explored. Taking the ecological inter-subjectivity of teachers and students as the innovative development direction, the ideas and countermeasures for the transformation of classroom ecology and the role adjustment of teachers and students under the new classroom ecology are proposed.
