外掺剂高模量沥青混合料性能研究 被引量:4

Research on Properties of High Modulus Asphalt Mixture with Admixture

摘要 为进一步提升沥青路面力学性能与使用性能,以超高分子聚合物(UP)与聚丙烯(PP)为改性基础材料,石膏晶须(CSW)为改性辅助材料,制备了两种高模量沥青混合料,对比评价了两种高模量沥青混合料动态力学性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性等路用性能。结果表明:相比于PC高模量沥青混合料,UC高模量沥青混合料路用性能表现更为优异,其动态模量提升17.4%,达17505 MPa;水稳定性能提升1.3倍,冻融劈裂抗拉强度比为88.85%;低温抗裂性能和高温稳定性能均有提高,其中破坏弯拉应变为2086με,增长13.86%,动稳定度为6032次/mm,增长17.24%。 To further improve the mechanical properties and service performance of asphalt pavement,two kinds of high modulus asphalt mixtures were prepared with ultra-high molecular polymer(UP)and polypropylene(PP)as modified basic materials and gypsum whisker(CSW)as modified auxiliary materials.The mechanical properties,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the two high-modulus asphalt mixture were compared and evaluated.The results show that compared with PC high modulus asphalt mixture,UC high modulus asphalt mixture have better road performance,and their dynamic modulus increases by 17.4% to 17505 MPa;The water stability is improved by 1.3 times,and the freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio is88.85%;The crack resistance at low temperature and the stability at high temperature are both improved,the flexural and tensile strain at failure is 2086 με which increases by 13.86%,and the dynamic stability is 6032 times/mm which increases by 17.24%.
