家庭访视对2型糖尿病病人干预效果的Meta分析

Effect of home visits on type 2 diabetes mellitus: a Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价家庭访视对2型糖尿病病人的干预效果。方法:计算机检索Web of Science、PubMed、EMbase、MedLine、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中关于家庭随访干预2型糖尿病病人效果的随机对照试验(RCT)。文献检索时限为各数据库建库至2021年4月,按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献,提取纳入研究的信息,并评价纳入研究的方法学质量。采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,家庭访视可降低2型糖尿病病人糖化血红蛋白水平[WMD=-0.70,95%CI(-0.87,-0.53),P<0.000 01],提高自我效能感[WMD=26.48,95%CI(2.14,50.82),P=0.03]和生活质量[WMD=9.62,95%CI(3.27,15.96),P=0.003]。结论:家庭访视可以改善2型糖尿病病人的糖化血红蛋白、自我效能和生活质量。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of home visit on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCT) on the effect of home visit of T2 DM were searched from Web of Science, PubMed、EMbase、MedLine, CNKI,WanFang Database, VIP and CBM.The retrieval time was from inception to April 2021.The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the information of the included study was extracted and the methodological quality of the included study was evaluated.Review Manager 5.3 software was used to conduct Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 17 studies were included.Meta-analysis results showed that home visits could reduce HbA1 c[WMD=-0.70,95%CI(-0.87,-0.53),P<0.000 01],and improve self-efficacy[WMD=26.48,95%CI(2.14,50.82),P=0.03],and quality of life[WMD=9.62,95%CI(3.27,15.96),P=0.003] of T2 DM patients.Conclusions:Home visit can improve HbA1 c, self-efficacy and quality of life of T2 DM patients.
